Another Board Repair Question

Hi,

I have this old board of mine, which seems to have been caused by a crash to the reef. The nose is cracked up. I have some solacure epoxy resin.
Do you think it would be best to just remove the cracked damaged part and replace with epoxy? Thanks in advance for the help.
