BROKEN FIN

Postby Guest » Fri Aug 27, 2004 6:13 pm

My center fin snapped off completely flush w/the board and I can't get a good enough grip on it to get it out... any tools or tricks you can suggest to get it out of the slot?

THANKS

drill a very very narrow hole in it, like a pilot hole. The carefuly screw in a long, narrow, screw. Then get some pliers and pull it out with the pliers.

Worked for me once in the past.
