Board bags for 7ft thruster

I've just bought a 7ft thruster but it didn't have a bag with it, i've been looking online at bags and see that some are gusseted and others are flat. I don't want to have to take my fins off each time i pack up the board, so would a flat bag still allow me to keep my fins on???? I've been looking at the Rhino 5mm surflite and the Dakine Daylight bags so far, looking to not spend much! Any thoughts on which would be best or are there any alternatives i should know about??

I'm pretty sure you can put your board with its fins on in all types of boardbags (it would be really annoying having to take them off everytime). I wouldn't get a boardbag online though. Get it from somewhere you can return it if it doesnt fit in. Make sure you don't get a shortboard bag if your board is a funboard, etc. It won't fit in. I'd get a boardbag a couple inches longer than your surfboard just so it is easier to get in and out. Dakine Daylight Boardbags are good for everyday use (I'm assuming your just going to use it to store it in and the car ride to the beach) . Pro-Lite and FCS makes some good boardbags too.

Cool, good to know all types of bags fit with fins on, the gusseted option just confused me, thanks! My local surf shop has a bag thats been returned going cheap, so i'm going to take my board there to see if it fits, i'm not that hopeful as the guy said it was a 6'8 to 6'10 bag but he reckoned it may, worth a shot! Pretty sure my boards a slightly higher volume shortboard, perhaps more of a funboard shape so a bigger bag definately in order, this is a pic of the board shape

The guy i bought it off of advertised it as a thruster, but i can see how its probably more of a funboardish shape.
Looked at the Pro-Lite website, look really nice bags and good sizing, unfortunately they don't seem to have any retailers in the UK, doh!

Just got an Alder bag pretty cheap, for a 6'9 but fits my board fine, obviously are very generous on the sizing as there would be loads of spare space on a smaller board!
