Fixing foam board

I have a soft top board and the xepe deck is pealing away from the eps bottom. I know the ding repair material needs to be specific. Does anyone know what I should use?n to glue the two pieces back together?

Ive seen my local surf school repair those softboards with a resin like glue, it dries clear
Im sorry but i cant remember the name of it. Any surf shop will now what you need though

Just dont use it in its current condition or you will make it far worse
