Fin Trouble

Guys

Need some advice-not sure if this will be repairable!!

Was surfing down in polzeath all weekend had an awsome time, until, i was getting changed and relised that one of the surf boards we were using had lost a fin. By the looks of it, it has been ripped out by something! I have no idea how this has happened, and at no point noticed any change in the way it was riding!
The plug has been ripped out taking some of the board with it! The other plug is still there with the stump of the fin still in situ. I am wondering how easy this is, if it is at all possible, to be repaired?
I have attached a pic so you can have an idea whats going on!

Absolutely gutted!
