wetsuit wrist and ankle question

So I have a 4/3 mm Hyperflex wetsuit for some reason the wrist and ankle sections are pretty loose. I usually wear booties so I pull the suit over the booties and I get a pretty snug fit. However now I can't surf without the booties even though the temperature is rising because of the loose ankles. I was just wondering if my wetsuit was purposely made to accommodate the booties and what I should do.

Unfrotyuantly it seem the cut of the suit you have isn't suited to your writs and ankles.

So the choices are:

- Find one that does..
- Wear boots all the time
- get hold of some velcro straps for your wrists/ankles (just don't do em up too tight or you'll cut the blood flow off and your suit won't drain.
- Deal with it.

Yeah, been through that as well. I just wore boots until I could buy a new suit. The straps sound like a good idea though or stitching a fold.
