SummersSurf Boards? Bude

Does anyone know anything about the summerssurf boards that are sold on ebay (Bude Cornwall)?

Good, bad or wha?

i have no idea - but the majority of boards sold on ebay are cheap pop-outs

I got a 9'2 longboard from them just at xmas. I wasn't after a high performance board, just something for small days and as it's my first longboard, something cheap enough to see if I like it first...if I like it I'll get a custom eventually. And typical I haven't been out on it much, just twice. It seems ok! Surfs fine, the underside of the deck is a lot more contoured than the circle one 7'10 I used to have. I've just replaced the tri fins setup it came with, with a single fin, but I haven't got to try it out yet.

they are good boards, ive been riding them fo a couple of years now in many different conditions aroud the world most recently down the points of morroccoand have found them to work well for me!

I've just bought myself a 6'2" squash tail performance short board. The Shape looks good, the rocker line is ideal for UK and local conditions here in North Devon and the foil is full enough to let the extra volume get into waves early and catch more waves. The bottom contour looks great to me and there is a deep single concave, I am itching to try it out at Praa Sands this weekend. Haven't ridden this board yet but it has all the elements of the board I was looking for to fit into my quiver. 6'1" Resin8 for hollow and steep waves, a 6'0" Rusty Piranha Quad for junky conditions, and small waves, a retro quad fish for those small days or to make fat waves fun and a swallow tail 6'2" shortboard I made myself, flatish rocker but only a subtle single to double concave.
The quality of the construction looks good and the board is finished in a matt sanded finish which i like and is similar to the Resin8. I think these boards are a bargain and the shapes are probably much better than other epoxy boards at the same price.

Not to sound like an asshole, but I'd take all of the responses made by people with only a single post with a grain of salt. There's a better-than-not chance that they have relation to summerssurf. And by better-than-not, I mean it is summerssurf.
