Loose wetsuit around the torso

So I ordered a 4/3 fullsuit online with some booties for surfing and just arrived today. When I tried it on, the arms and legs are pretty tight (almost a little too tight on the arms), and the neck strap is pretty good too. The only problem is that the area between the chest and the hips are kinda loose, mainly the lower back. Now does anyone know if that's gonna be a huge problem? I can't try it out in water cause then I can't return it...

So I just want to know if it will be toooo bad to surf in those I mean if it just gets a little cold I can live with it.

how colds the water? might be a problem if there is too much space between the suit and you as the water wont be getting heated. how much space? a thermal rashie might sort it out but depends on how big it is

lets be honest about this, it all depends just how loose it is. All wetsuits are "loose" in the lower back, its just the way your back naturally arches. But if its very loose, then you have an issue. Judge how loose it is. If it seems like a natural loose bit where your back arches in, dont worry. if you can grab handfulls of the neoprene, its too loose.

The water is high 50s.
Lol I was actually thinking about gaining some weight..
It's loose in a way that when I'm standing up that part of the wetsuit is stretched by the chest and hips so there is some space there. Yea that doesn't really help so I think I'll just surf on it
