Drill it out really carefully. You can buy oversized grub screws to stick back in the hole if it gets a bit bigger when you get the old one out

I use a thin long tip taperd easy out or a thin long tip machinest reamer to work em out the only outher option (s) are to drill out (real real carefully) and go ovesized screw. Keep in mind you will need a (tap and handle) and tap out the grub screw hole if you go bigger, (no such thing as self taping) grub screws. File down the flats of the next size larger allen key till it fits super tight at the corner angles of the hex footprint is anouther way, or a thin tip flat (jewlers type) screwdriver (with plyers/vise grips) lightly hit into place with a small bal peen hammer (take it easy,,, let's not replace the box or FCS plug ok !!!) till it grabs is yet anouther way and a taperd machinest thread left hand pitch screw into the grub screw hole is yet anouther way (try to find allen or torx head). and some crow oil in the hole HELPS GREATLY (but first rinse out with fresh water removing any pos salt/silica from threading and then crow oil it for 1 day. There are all the ways I've come up with for all the boards I've worked on Hope it helps ya. GOOD LUCK !!!! It can be a sweating brow and ball ache to do so first slow down,,,, the stuck screw ain't goin knowere and your not gonna miss out on anything. Good luck again it can be stressfull but remember all is good and there are a slue of options here so go for it.
