Price: £180
Model: Wayne Parks 7'6"

What do you guys think about this board? Do you think it would be a good buy?

One doubt I got is about the nose.. isn't the angle a bit extreme?? Or what do you say?

To buy or not to buy that is the question...

If it's the size/shape you're looking for, $180's a good price for a nice board.

£180 is quite a bit more than $180 ...

No other comment.

Indeed it is RJD. :) What do you guys think about the nose of the board?

NB! The price includes boardbag and leash (plus approx 200 miles of transportation)

At what stage is your surfing? A lot of nose rocker is has but that is not too un common for minimals.
If in doubt re the money then offer him less for the board or get one locally there's plenty of them around the area.

Thanks Kitesurfer! I'm your 'average Joe' and have been surfing for 2 1/2 years now. I already got a Dave Berntsen 7'6" and a shortboard 6'2", but I forgot them both back in Bournemouth.. I live in Oslo for the most of the summer holidays.

The board I am buying is located in Norway, and believe me(!) surfboards are not that easy to come by here. ;) Unless you want to buy a new one from the most fancy schmancy place for approx £600.

Ok, so you're saying the nose should work just fine, and that its not too angled? I'm going surfing on the westcoast of Norway (Jæren), and that's why I need a 7'6". :)

3 things would put me off this board.

1 - make. Wayne Parks is not a brand I've heard of, from NZ? Maybe good maybe not?

2 - glassed in fins. I prefer removable fins for flexibility and storage.

3 - price. £110-£150 is nearer the mark imho, there's a few dings so its not 'as new'. Tricky without seeing it properly tho.

Haggle loads and if no deal then move on.

Yes, missed the pound indicator. Though, from my experience, if something costs $1 in the States, it sells for 1GPB in the UK.

Which in the 90's I loved when traveling to London, and now all my mates are loving when they come over here nowadays and snap up jeans and iPods.
