i just got a gnarly fin cut in my old leash, looking to see what you guys think? a prolite leash, a dakine leash , or a creatures of leisure leash? any difference between any of them or are all leashes pretty much equal?

Unless you are surfing some gnarley tripple overhead waves it won't make much difference which you get. Although I would go with dakine, not much reason to it though. Just get a nice looking leash which has swivel points so that it doesn't ravel aroung your legs.
