How thick? (wetsuit)

I need a nice suit for the winter (Southern hemisphere, it will be winter here in a few months, so I geuss the earlier I start researching the better.) It will get about 14°C normally and 11°C in the cold days, I'll like something that is realy warm but still not extreamly heavy, I don't take small sessions, I like long sessions (3 hours avaridge on a good day, no less than 2 on any day) it can be really thick as long as it doesn't soke up to mch water (witch will help with the drying process) So, which make and thickness do you think will be suitable (I get cold easaly too, and it musn't flush when duckdiving or wiping out)
