Hi to all. Thank you in advance for any and all of your feedback. I'm new to the chat and simply looking for feedback on carbon fiber surfboards. Do you have any experience and/or helpful insight?

Spoke with different people and I've only seen a couple in stores but hoping someone already has one and/or has used one. Wandering if they're durable, likable, etc.

I have surfed a carbon fiber shortboard with a rounded square tail.. and I loved how it paddled, and floated. The waves weren't the best for a 6'4" but from what I could tell it was simple to duck dive for how buoyant it was.
I caught one little wave and it was hard to tell how good it was on a wave.. but it did feel good from what I could tell.. I wish the waves would have been bigger than 2-3ft... 5ft would have been a better test.
