Roofracks? (again)

Postby Silver Surfer » Mon Nov 05, 2007 7:53 am

Hi, (This for UK people primarily) - Would anyone have any recomendations regarding roofracks for large longboards? I'm looking into Halfords today but wondered if anyone had sussed a good solution they might want to share? (I've searched the site and Thule apear to be well talked about so will check them out too)

Thanks!

I've got a Thule rack along with the surfboard holder they sell and it's great. I haven't got a longboard, I've got a 7'6 minimal - I don't see why it wouldn't work with a longboard though.

I got mine from Autorack - http://www.autorack.co.uk/ - you might find they are cheaper than Halfords.

Not in the UK, but I bought a Thule rack from here http://www.roofrackshop.co.uk/ shipped it to NZ via my mum, and it still worked out cheaper than buying it locally.
