Busted Fin Box! Help!!!

Hey,
i got a fiberglass circle one 7'3" with a broken DFS fin box, the little bridge over the screw thread is after breaking, and i'd like to fix it, can anyone help? How do i remove the fin box?

i've been lookin online for 3 days and havent found anything about removing a fin box its all about how to install em!
can anyone please help me?

k gonna have to get back to you cause im not at home and wont be till at least mon so gonna have to wait till then, the board isnt damaged just the threads on the fin box, ill trz and get pics up at the start a nxt wk
