Bilbo were the first UK surf brand, and i believe opened the first surf shop in the UK. I think that someone has done a bit of a relaunch with the brand name in the past few years. The boards are allegedly designed in the UK but are manufactured overseas. Got one in my shop and the quality seems ok, but have never surfed one so couldn't comment on the ride.

DF, or SF for 300 you could pick up a good UK shaped second hand board, or you could go for an import.

Or you could ask the SW UK based shaper KS for a quote.

I've Saltrock, O'Shea, and Bilbo in my shop. The O'Shea seem to be the best of the lot but a bit more expensive than the others so that would take you over budget, but got a 7'6'' Saltrock at £295. The build quality is fine and on a budget seem good value. I've a personal problem, no clever qouting there please, with imports but i just got to stock them as thats where everything comes from nowadays.

I know not only did i use some magic powder on ur board i also added an anti any other board agent that will give you an electric shock any time you attempt to buy another brand of board. MWAHAHAHAHAHAH. Phils boards got it too.
