Stepping up to a High Performance Longboard!

Postby twizzly » Fri Nov 10, 2006 6:39 pm

I currently ride a 9' Robert August WIR Surftech and it's awesome -- but I was thinking about getting something a bit more performance w/ a bit more rocker. In other words... a "high performance" longboard that I can really turn up and down the wave! I surf in southern california mush ranging from 1' to 5' faces. Any bigger and I go packing!

I wanted to go w/ another Surftech if possible, just because they're awfully easy to get my hands on here.

I'm 6', 185 pounds.

Let me know your recommendations! Thanks!

i rode a mctavish razor the other week and was really impressed with the performance it was a 9'1 loads of rocker double concave in the tail through to single in the nose and about 2 5/8 thick, the thing flow was really nice so much more speed you could really throw it about and made taking those late drops easy
