I wouldn't go by brand, I would go by what suits your area you surf at, and or your ability.

Both are solid companies I'm sure you'll be happy with either one.

Go with the outline style you like best...or, just go with the prettiest looking one!

there both good brands of boards...look at the spec of them...depending on the waves you'll be surfin is goin to depend on the size and shape.

but from what i've seen Rx boards have alittle better resale than channel so idk how long your goin to have the board and all that stuff but...you could always look at rusty too they have some pretty sweet boards and nasty designs too.

anyways dont know if that helped at all but gl in the pickin of the board :)

yea dude thanx

rusty does have some pretty wicked boards, but i like the CI Flyer II, but there are some sweet Doc boards out there also. but the main thing that i dont like about Doc's boards are that they are kinda short. anyways i was wonderin about whether i should get the CI Flyer II tuflite, or just the reg CI Flyer II

def go for the tuf lite just cuz if your goin to invest in a new baord your goin to want it to last. and from what i keep hearin the tuf lite is the wave of the future. lol great for travel or just storage a stronger board is a better board. :D

I've tried out two different Santa Cruz boards, both felt real good (nice speed/acceleration on the take-off). I had no problems, but it was a very clean day. I've heard people complain about them on chopy/textured days because of the stiffness.
