Need some help with my first board

Hey, I'm new to the world of surfing and actually wanted to get my first longboard. I found a board that is actually good for the price ($100) but I don't know if the dings and wrinkles in the bottom of the board (pictures attached) are a bad thing. The top looks good to me. So if someone can tell me if it's OK to buy it, I'd really appreciate it.

The board is not a good buy the foam has shrunk and all over the place, structurally it will be weak, it is likely to be heavier because there is water nether foam.
Good move though posting the pictures so we can advise!
