Shaping. Where to start?

I'm interested in getting into shaping boards.
Can anyone direct me to a good starting point i.e. book, pdf, website etc?

Probably best to go work for a shaper but I did find this http://www.surfline.com/gear/how-to-shape/

I think best you get in good with your shaper and see if he will let you watch him shape a board. But if you can't, watch one of the master shaper perform his art.

Question: why you want to start shaping boards anyways ? If I was you, I'd learn how to glass. There's like a 50 to 1 ratio of shapers to glassers that I know.
