it depends. I can fix that and keep several different fiberglass cloth weights on hand, as well as resin. I'd probably reinforce the stringer by increasing it's width where the crack is. I'd replace any lost foam with loose Q-cell. It wouldn't be that difficult. It would take some time. Like with anything, the more I make these repairs to surf boards and boats, the better my repairs are. The materials are forgiving. This means if you don't like the result, it is easy to re-do it.

If you do not like to do this kind of stuff, then get it fixed in a shop. Coincidentally, I stopped in at my favorite surf shop yesterday (e.g., Surf Country in Goleta, CA, owned by a genuine local Goleta boy). The shop owner showed me a customer's board with very similar damage that was on the bottom side rather than top side. The shop owner will charge $80 to $85 US to repair. This seemed fair to me because a similar used boards will begin at $200 to $225 US to buy.

Molded epoxy boards like that NSP don't have a stringer. Although some might have a thin wood layer under the deck's fiber cloth layer.

That particular advice was for filling a ding that doesn't requiring any cloth. Couldn't do much about the crease on that board. On this current OP's board, I would say it's going to need a band of laminated fiberglass cloth, but maybe not a full wrap.

Wrap it in Gorilla Tape and ride it till it's so waterlogged it starts to sink on its own

Use Painter's tape ( blue tape ) to tape off the tail pin line and NSP logo. Magic marker it black. Let it dry. Rattle can spray semi-gloss clear. Leave the deck as is. Wax will cover it anyways.
