C-skins surflite or Gul response?

Hi Guys,
I am buying a wetsuit but will be getting a cheap one to start out with. I have narrowed it down to the two which I can afford for now. One is a back zip and the other a chest zip. Which is better for keeping me warmer, the gul response chest zip or the c-skins surflite? I think I will be using it for winter as well.

Which is the warmest and most durable of the two? I dont care about ease of putting it on or off once it is warm and has less flushing.
