1960's Gun

Hi all
I've got an old 1960's Makaha Custom Gun, 10'4, triple stringer, wooden tail tip (see pics, hopefully they work), I've surfed it a lot and it has had a great life but I'm retiring it for display and I know nothing about it ... ie does anyone know where they were made (Aus/Hawai'i)? When they were made? ... Anything at all would be very helpful. Many Thanks
