Active surfboards long board

Postby OlegLupusov » Fri Nov 06, 2015 12:01 am

I found a long board 9*22,5*3 made by active surf boards.
Is it a good one? Is struggling to find any reviews on the Internet

I am not a longboarder but the rails look particularly sharp by the tail. If this were a shortboard I would say it looks advanced maybe beyond beginner level but not sure how that translates to a longboard. Many others here know more than me and will comment.
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

No one seems to want to comment so I will say that sharp rails are good for going fast as they release water cleanly. Rounded rails pull water up which creates friction but sharper rails may tend to catch and dig in more which means in slower waves they aren't as easy to ride as rounder rails but for more experienced riders this isn't a problem. To a large extent how much this will matter depends on how far up the board the sharp rails go.
