If you feel the cracks have gone through to the foam = Repair. Doesn't look like it!
If there is yellowing under the cracks = Repair, definitely none of that .... yet.
If you feel the fins cannot take the force of your turns = Repair.
If your corresponding fin has an impact mark on the leading edge = Repair as the fin system has been raised. But it doesn't look like that.

Top tip this, if you value your board then repairs should be done early before co-lateral damage occurs!
