Where is the best place to get a soft top board for my eight and nine year old kids. What soft top boards are the best.

Go to a local surf shop. Although I learned on a soft top, I'm not sure they are the best board to learn on. They have little resale value and you might be better off getting a used board since it will probably not lose much of it's value. Talk to the staff at you local shop- normally they are really cool and not going to sell you a bad board. Hit a few shops if you want to compare opinions. Ask questions!!!
