Ford Focus and 7ft 8 board

Hi

I have a 7ft 8 minimal which fits inside my old Vauxhall Astra 5dr hatchback with the back seats folded down and head rest taken off the passenger seat. It fits comfortably so I can lock my board up at night when camping!

I am going to France (yippee!!) in a few weeks and will have a Ford Focus hire car. Does anyone know if my board will fit inside, there must be someone out there with a ford focus who has tried it!

I would say yes!!

My friend has a Renault Megane - new shape which is a lot shorter than a focus and he can fit his 7'10 mini mal in there!!

I have an Avensis and I can fit my mate's 9'6 lonngboard in mine!!
