Anyone know this brand?

I've only surfed a few times and know next to nothing about quality of boards, but I was walking by a dumpster today and found two boards that don't look too bad. Anyone know if I've got anything worth investing in, or were these out by the trash for a reason? Thanks!

Also it might be an older version of the Cole Batfish I can't say for sure though.
