surfboard moped rack - available in Europe

Hello everybody,

Pls do You have any tip or idea, where in Europe is possible to buy this stuff :

I found it only in the USA and Australia, but shipping is little bit expensive especially when I compare with the price of goods. I mean, for sure somebody is using it for example in France, Spain or anywhere in Europe.

i would hate to riding on that with my board and a great big gust of wind came from the side. whooosh but its a oretty cool thing to have. after a bit of a google search i found this. £99 in the UK not sure about shipping though <edit> and where to? hope that this helps.
