Progress from my nsp

Postby Rallen2919 » Thu Jan 12, 2012 8:59 pm

Hi folks been surfing for about 2 years now for about 5 weeks each year currently use a nsp 7ft 6 Iam 6ft about 80kg Looking for a new board , find nsp very heavy and difficult to turn looking for a custom board lighter and more responsive I am thinking in the right way. Still thinking about same length been recommended Roger Cooper. Would be so grateful for any advice. Cheers Rob

If you're only surfing 5 weeks per year, you probably dont want to start with the whole shorter shorter shorter thing, and you're right to think about getting something with a similar length, but a lot lighter than an NSP.

If you're going to get a real custom, ie made to yours specs rather than off the shelf, then talk to the shaper - that way you'll get a board perfect for you and where you surf. And there's nothing like getting a unique custom board :D
