Surfboard Info Help

[surf patrol]

Hi board. I was looking for some surfboard experts. I was cleaning out a garage and found a surfboard. I have no idea where it came from, and I know nothing about surfing. I've tried googling about the board, but haven't found anything helpful. I was hoping someone on the board could help out. The only marking on the board is a "Pipeline" logo, and it's about 6 1/2 feet tall. It looks like it was used once or twice....here are a few pictures of it:







Does anyone know anything about this kind of board? Is it worth anything? Do stores ever buy used boards?
