My board is putting on weight

Postby Beachbum » Tue Aug 11, 2009 8:26 am

I noticed that my board feels unusually heavier. The nose and tail of my board is dinged up pretty bad, but I managed to repair them all to the best of my ability. i was wondering if i should sand over my repairs, and apply another thin coat of fiberglass? I'm thinking it's waterlogged.

Ummmm, if its waterlogged then it needs to be dried out, not sealed up!

yep dry board out for at least a week or two to ensure there is no water left.
