Adhesive for deck grip

Postby neilphillips » Fri Nov 05, 2004 10:31 pm

:? Anyone suggest what I can use to stick some old deck grip onto the board. I've thought about No-nails or just using resin? Can you buy sheets of the stuff tht comes with the new deck grip?

Thanks for your advice.

Is this going to be a one-shot deal...or do you actually care about this board and want to look after it?
If it isn't, get some good contact adhesive like bostick, sand the affected area & stick it properly, leave it for at least 24 hrs with a weight on it afterwards to cure.
This will be the last deck pad you'll ever get on this board...it's for keeps, try to remove it & you'll root the fiberglass.

If you actually care about the board...just go buy a new deckpad...that way you won't bugger the board...
