Password Issues

Yesterday afternoon I went to log on, and somehow my password had been changed. After 5 login attempts I pushed the "I forgot the password" thingy and it gave me a new one and I had to wait 30 minutes.
Not a big deal, its all back to normal, just wondering, how did it happen?

Sure you didn't have caps locks on or somthing?

Yeah.....tried it a bunch....it was really weird, I was just wondering if ya'll had any ideas or if it happened to anyone else.
I was freakin out that I got banned or something

if the caps lock wasnt on...have you tried rebooting? Thats all the help I get from the tech guys at work anyway
the password thingy hasnt happened to me
