Need help please

I've fallen back in love with surfing again after a long break and need help in choosing the right size longboard.....mmm..am 45 yrs, 20 stone (280lbs) and 5'8" stocky ex rugby player with average fitness still....been thinking of 10'2" south point i've seen as a re-intro but need guiding....would I get away with 9'2" or be better with the bigger options....north Devon Saunton /Croyde regular....appreciate any form ....many thanks...regards...Shiney :D

at 20 stone, I'd go big. a 10' would suit you well, I think.
