iv had my bic longboard for over 2 years now and i feel that its holding me back, im going down the line and it just feels slightly sluggish and heavy, dont get me wrong if im in the rite place it can carve pretty well, but i just think i need an upgrade, iv been surfing for about 4 years now and i can do some tricks, but iv got to a point where i havent been able to do anything new in a longtime.
i was looking at some mctavish boards, everyone sais the fireball is amazing, but my local surf shop has a mctavish 9'1" razor which is a performance board which im more into, but i dont know weather its any good for smaller messyer surf bacause we dont get decent swells that much down here?

has anyone riden or got any mctavish longboards and if so what are they like to ride, or if anyone has anyother good longboards theyd like to mension?

cheers

(and i know there are probably alot of mistakes in there)

ive had ago on the razor its a lovely board, not cheap mind

it wont work well in any thing under waist high and needs some thing with a bit of power, i wouldnt recomend it if your mostly surfing the south coast

if you want a mc tavish board go for the fireball its a more all round longboard

Hi Blue, can I give you some advice?
Mmmm, you can't exactly answer that now can you................
I know from your earlier posts that you are still at school. When I was your age I couldn't spell either.

Sooner or later you will find yourself employed where you will need to spell.

Type your posts onto word and then spell check it then copy and paste it onto the forum. It will help, trust me.

Please don't take offence, I'm trying to help. I had the p1ss ripped out of me in my first job because they thought I was thick, and it wasn't that, I just had a problem with words.

Just trying to help dude. :D
