Nose Riding

Hey,

I've gotten better at surfing my 7'2" funboard, and I wonder is it possible to nose ride a funboard? If so, what are the best conditions to attempt it? I'm slowly learning nose riding using my Indo Board, but I've yet to try it on the seas. As soon as the resin sets on that ding on my board, I'll give it a whack.

Hi, I can noseride (not hang ten, but five) my 7'3" if the tail is well tucked away under the wave, but it's very tricky. I am 65kg. Learn it first in closing out waves. Stepping towards the front also takes practise.

Noseriding is tradtionally done on a bigger board (9' ish) because it is a damn sight easier, and doesn't require the board being slammed down by the wave.

When I noseride its on my 9'2. Does my fine, easy transition from tail to nose.
