Someone told me one of my boards has multitudes too much concave, and will act like a plow in the water.

The boards a CC Rider 9.2 X 18 3/4 X 23 X 15 X 3

If you measure down from the nose:
6" has 1/8"
12" has 1/4"
18" has 5/16"
24" has 3/8"
30" has 5/16"
36" has 3/16
40 on down to the tail is flat.

The cut is like a spoon shape.

Wondering what y'alls opinion is on this.

Looks Sweet to me. If it feels good to you , what does it matter what every other kook thinks? Try something with less cdoncave and you be the judge. Trail and error young man...

One thing about full-length concaves is that the board will paddle like it has less rocker.

But turn (on rails) like it has what you see from the side view.

It's fine if it feels fine.

It paddles, and planes great. I had it out yesterday in some slop, and chop surf and it did OK. My 10' has zero concave, and I think it handles better in choppy conditions.

If you can paddle it fast enough to catch a wave, who cares what the kook thinks? If the board works for you, you're way ahead of the game.
