is this longboard for me?
Posted: Tue Apr 05, 2016 9:05 amSo I have been learning on my mini mal (7'6,21'3/4,2'7/8) for a while. But most of the time I still struggle catching waves with it. (i have little experience and I am a weak paddler) To make it worse this board is not too good in whitewater so I sometime just have no fun surfing (being in water in fun though). And after looking some posts in this forum I am convinced that I should leave my ego behind and switch to a long board. I really hope with a longboard I canspeed up my learning process and ride more waves.
But searching for one in the internet is not easy. They are either too long (9'6+), looking too weird (only one fin), wrong colour or are just too expensive. Now I have locked my eyes on this one

How is it？ Is its dimension, shape, volume,curve for beginner like me?
Plus I am 176cm 72kg male. weak paddling. I am planning to learn on it at Greenhill beach cronulla Sydney.
