Hi,
Intersted in learning how to longboard and noseride eventually. I found a Hansen Superlight Longboard. Dims are: 9'4", 3 1/8" thick, 17" nose, 15" tail, 3/4 stringer, single fin, pintail. I'm 6', 190. Just wondering what you guys think of this board for it's noseriding abilities and taking into account my size. Like I said, looking for something to mainly noseride that would be able to somewhat do some turns as well. If there are certain dimensions that you would recommend instead for such a board, feel free to list them. Any help would be appreciated!

WoW STL sorry no-one has got back to you, you probably won't have any problems with those dimension other than learning to cross step and get to the nose. Interesting territory the nose zone enjoy :!:

Hi, I'd say you need to learn how to turn first. Nose riding isn't just catching waves and walking to the nose...
As easy as it looks, it's not a begginers' move.
About dimensions, they sound ok, but the shape is crucial.

I've been looking for the same and doing some research. Nose sounds a bit narrow to me. Need to consider how much concave it has in the nose and how much rocker too.

Sorry, but at 190lbs a 9'4 is going to be hard to noseride, I would go with a bigger board. I like the dims for a performance longboard, especially the pintail.
