Wetsuit for knee paddling

I'm probably going to start doing some winter surfing and I'm a knee paddler. I hate having neoprene bunched up at the back of the knees while paddling. It's uncomfortable and then my legs get numb. Does anyone know of a wetsuit that would be better for knee paddling, maybe thinner material behind the knees or something?

It's really good to know that board bumps , surfer knots, all those thing might still exist ( short boarders and modern flat longboard paddlers wouldn't even know whar we are talking about).
It's good you are back in the water, but to your wetsuit question, I don't think it has even been addressed maybe in the cool (as in temperature) Californian loggers there may be something or you could go to a short john chest arms and body but stopping above the knees the back of the leg can still irritate the back of the knees so ?????????.
That pocket of neoprene is pushing right in there on the nerve, so hope you can get a fix :D

I don't have that much experience with different brands but Billabong wetsuits have very sturdy knee pads.
