jkawa, either or is reasonable, the wooden veneer one will be a
Iittle harder to care for but that you can learn, the other one is a litte over priced IMO for the condition, both appear sound and both will do the job for your learning.
Recommendation for you about 9ft to about 9ft 6 check out a few more boards as well, I know someone else is asking about the second board.
Take a little time it will be worthwhile :!:

9ft+ in fair condition could be a good learner board, look for yellowing of the foam, means water in the foam and obvious unfixed dings. :D

thanks for all advices, i know i have a lot of questions but I really want to find solid board. This will be the last one.

I found this board. It is a custom built board, made by Hands Wachtmeister in Virginia Beach, with a tri-fin set up. I do not know what to think about it

I dont want to buy a surfboard just for learning, I want it to survive couple seasons.

Jkawa either of the last two boards are OK the tips were about checking the boards condition.
If the custom board stands out for you grab it. :D

Agree with Jaffa, condition then looks. Those both seem good, get something like those lighter and more turny to start and see what you like. I started on a high performance 9-1 and then kinda went to 60s style logs
