Surfing Waves

Hi guys,
I have been windsurfing for 8 years, but now i live in virginia beach and i want to start surfing.
I am looking for used longboard (about 9'0), prize 300-430 $ but i have no idea which boards in shops are good and solid etc.
Could u tell me what you think about this board, and in case give me some advices?

Looks ok, how much do you weigh?

about 180 pounds, i also have 6,3 feet. 2 weeks ago i rent longboard 9'0 for couple hours to try surfing for the first time and i think it was fine.
