Tell me what Board to buy??

Hey, Y'all....I'm new (to the forum) here but had some questions about new boards.

I am ready to upgrade my quiver and was looking into new boards. I am really desiring to work on the beauty and skill of noseriding and would like a board to accommodate. My Hi P 9'6" is fun...but just not foamy enough for real solid nosing.

I'm looking at an Arrow CJ, Junod R.O.N., and a Pig. I want something that will tolerate lots of nose time...but that's not a one-trick-pony. It'd be nice to have something with a little versatility on different days. I am 6' tall and about 185lbs...(yikes). Thoughts?

I surf on the east side of Santa Cruz at Sharks/2nd bowl, Indicators, and Manresa* (*sometimes)

Thanks for the help.

Foaminess does not a nose rider make my friend - on the contrary, you need to get the tail thundered on by the breaking wave behind the nose to hold both you and the 'board 'in' whilst you nonchalantly go hang ten up-front . . . foamy attributes will lift the deck and tail out of the 'hold' and, well, you won't get anywhere at all.

I often ride the nose of my custom nine foot gun - fast and furious and megggaaa fun! - Love it to bits, the feel and speed of a nose ride on any clean wave from one to eight foot makes it difficult to go short boarding some days!

Let us know how you get on.
