Mctavish Fireball SLX epoxy??? Anybody got one or ridden one

Postby danno » Fri Jul 17, 2009 12:14 am

I looked at hundreds of boards this week due to no surf and read a lot on the web about the fireball and checked one out down in Florida. I was impressed by some of what I read and watched about the fireball and prefer epoxy for the durability and weight. it was kind of pricey, but the shape looked intriguing and the slx was super light. Supposedly this shape has been refined for over a decade. Does anyone own one? Looks versatile for a lot of different conditions. The slx seems to flex more than surftech epoxies from what I gather. Anybody love them? Hate them? Thanks
