Is it glass or epoxy and what is a retail price.

I would say a rusty is most likely glass, a pic and dimensions would br of help

unless the stringer is painted on, i say its fibre glass

email them for a price or get onto your local surf shop and ask them to order it in for you

IN one of rusty's portfolio at surfline, he said that he only makes epoxy board...(he said that poly is not a good value to the custome) check me if i m correct

Yes, it has a wooden stringer, but that does not make it a glass board only. I also doubt a major manufactor is going to say that he makes epoxy boards and they suck. I have an expoxy board, and its great EXCEPT in rough conditions. But the weight issue is sure nice after a long surf and the car is a few blocks away.

I have a few emails out and will let you all know what I find out.

definitely fibreglass... click the shaping fundamentals link on the page you mentioned there's a paragraph on materials. doesn't mention anything about epoxy anywhere! check it out in case i'm mistaken....

Ok, its glass, you win, But I am still looking for prices. Got one on sale for $715...seems good , I will go check it out at a local shop.

I was riding a Rusty longboard (single fin) until this past winter (a heavy lip took her life). It's glass, and it rode well. Very fast board. Loved it. Now I ride a Dewey Weber. Very different board but it fits my style more.

Has to be glass. Should be a fun board. The double concave with the rolled 'V' through the tail will make the board more high performance, very carvable (invented word), and also make it so that you can not only develope more speed down the line quicker but hold your momentum through tighter turns better. The single concave on the nose will help displace the water when you walk the board so that it is more stable and funnels water more effectively into the double concave on the tail. If you can order it with the 5 fin system. This way you can run a quad system, large center smaller rail fins, a single, tons of possabilities.
Just my 2 cents.

Well I bought the board and with some waves this weekend, I may get it out for a drive. I will let everyone know what I think.

Finally got the board out in hip high chop and had a heck of a time trimming and balance. But it is a quick little devil and no doubt I need more time with it than my usual 9'8" board. So over all, its fine, I am sure a better day can tried with better results.

On a side note, I contacted the factory, and the board is made in both glass and epoxy.
