Well it would be hard to say without making an attempt to measure the speed. This can be done by video analysis, a speed gun or gps.

:D

You could say that if your intention was to lie then you are lying even if you have gone as fast as you are saying without knowing it.

Much easier poll to answer (do you lie on poll's that is)... have no idea what speed I can do, never really thought about it and consequently have little to no idea; as such, when I do get a GPS (or speedometer installed, along with a sofa and TV) I willl let you know... :P
