Metal insert in longboard fin box

Snapped the fin off of my longboard a few days ago. I've since realized that I also lost the little metal piece that sits in the fin box and slides, enabling me to move the fin foward and back. I'm a little new to all this. Is there a name for that piece? Can I go to a surf shop and buy a replacement? Will it come with a new fin when I buy one?

You can buy a replacement, should be a couple of quid, local surf shop should have what your after
