Sure he'll be along any moment...

The Hawaii/pipeline board is built (think its just getting the finishing touches), 13ft long. A big chunk of the shipping fees are sorted too.

He's also building a second to tour NZ for us locals to get converted on.

Yeah it's built and another is in progress. The shipping fund is short so Roy is sending the first one around NZ for people to test ride first.

It may or may not make it to other countries for the same purposes.

Innerestin, huh?

The craftsmanship and his work look incredible from the vids I've seen. I'm really keen to have a go on one.

Theres a few pics of it on the Surfline website.1 of the nose,1 of the tail and 1 of Roger polishing it.They're under the text that reads...

"An example being a 'textbook' 9'8" Electraglide has a 20" nose, is 24" wide with a 16" area pin tail".

Heres a link to the page....www.surfline.co.nz/rhdnoseriders.htm....

Might look at posting some pics later if anyones interested in a new board purchase.

Cheers.

Sounds great, I'd love one, the mother in law is in New Plymouth too, but fortunately/unfortunately I've just landed a job in Queenstown, so the only surfing I'll be doing for the next couple of years is on Lake Wakatipu

However, having the remarkables, coronet, cardrona and treble cone half an hour away from home will make up for it a bit during winter, but I'm a bit gutted that the nearest sensible wave will be 3hrs away in Dunedin.
