what board?

I am looking to buy a new board and was hoping to get some input on what type of board I should get. I am 5'8" and about 185-190 lbs. I have been surfing on and off for about 3 years and everyday for the last year. I have been riding a 6'4 ci flyer for the last year and a half and will be moving from southern california to northern california in a month. The flyer has been super fun in southern cal's waist to head waves but from what I have heard of norcal it is consistentley head high and above as such I was looking at the following boards:

ci flyer 2
lost speed demon 2
lost mayhem

anyone have any experience with any of these boards, and I was thinking of grabbing something around 6'2 or 6'3 and about 2.25 to 2.35 inches (my flyer is currerntly 6'4 and 2.5 and seems like super floaty). Are these good dimensions for my size and weight and the conditions? any other board suggestions?

thanks in advance

why not have a board shaped? if you talk to a shaper they should be able to help you find exactly what you need.

If it's consistently overhead then maybe consider getting a rounded tail.

And as S_S said, it's probably best to talk to a local shaper and get one shaped.

Your board might not seem as floaty when you're wear more rubber to deal w/ NorCal water temps...
